Fred5 41 Posted August 21, 2019 Weather forcast looking good and should be a close meeting, so think we will be down for this one. Hope the trackman can get the track right and avoid the massive dust clouds we had from ht1 at the last meeting.

Charlieboy 410 Posted August 21, 2019 Time for Drew to step up now he’s at reserve. Let’s hope all 7 can step up away from home for once and get a good result. Good luck Tigers

topaz325 1,827 Posted August 21, 2019 Must be some Ice hockey match on.
yorkshiretyke 59 Posted August 21, 2019 Following the updates, it appears the Tigers are gifting Somerset the win and a playoff place to boot! 3 tape exclusions from the senior 3 riders and Sedgman not getting off the start. Hope im proved wrong but sums up our season away from home.
Steve55 340 Posted August 21, 2019 Who's the ref, sounds like he's holding the tapes from the updates?
Steve55 340 Posted August 21, 2019 Shame about that, promised so much and then failed at the end, good performance though, better than the show the Rebels put up at Owlerton!
CountyGround 75 Posted August 21, 2019 Look's like the track suited the "moaning Swine" tonight! was it dry & slick?
Dickie Head 240 Posted August 21, 2019 Got called down to a job near Minehead so went to this meeting after work. Some cracking speedway at the business end of the meeting although Sheffield hit the self destruct button with needless tape infringements and a Sedgmen elf on the line. Good value. Anyone know who the centre green bloke is. Like his style.
Harry The Goat 23 Posted August 22, 2019 Hey Dickie, the centre green bloke is Rob Dyer, who previously did the June 12th meeting (remember?). He's VERY good. I hope we see him again. Enjoyable meeting. Thought Sheffield rode well and were unlucky to come away with no points.

Rob Dyer 116 Posted August 22, 2019 Thanks for your feedback Dickie and Harry. Felt good from the centre green with the match really coming alive in the closing races. Got to admire those guys. Really fearless and their efforts were rightly well received. Thanks to Garry and Debbie for asking me to stand in for Spencer. Hope to be back on duty for you before the end of the season.
