Well with Niels/Zagar and Fricke qualifying for the 2020 series, the series could end up looking like:

1. Niels (Den)

2. Zagar (Slo)

3. Fricke (Aus)

4. Madsen (Den)

5. Zmarszlik (Pol)

6. Emil (Rus)

7. Lindgren (Swe)

8. Dudek (Pol)

9. Vaculik (Slov)

I think it leaves 2 from the below:

Janowski (Pol), Laguta (Rus), Kolodziej (Pol), Doyle (Aus)

Which then leaves the wildcards as:

Tai (GB), Doyle (Aus), Lindback (Swe) and Lambert (GB)

Certainly familiar faces anyway!

Perhaps it is time to change the format with a pool of riders selected to ride in say four GPs each then the top scorers from those GPs go on to compete in a qualifier for the final. This give the opportunity to include more riders not just the 8 plus the hand picked excuses and then with a revised format they can then be whittled them down based on form to a final sixteen where the points scoring is changed to say 4,3,2,0. Anything that gets more riders competing not just the same old names has to be good . Leon Madsen is a case in point.

Ok, got it wrong, but there are still wild cards for 2020. Just that for next year wild cards are going to be tight.  Tai (current world champ), Greg (record over many years and qualified for 2019), Doyle (world champ 2017 and nearly 2016) are worthy of consideration. Who else could be in for a wcard. Possibly Janowski, ALaguta, Kolodzei plus who ?  Someone who would add value to a tough 10 GP series. who?

Still better than the rest though.! A lot of riders crumble under pressure at challenge over the years. Its not Zagar and Iversens fault if the can’t beat them.

Must say I'd rather have Zagar and Iversen back, than Bjerre and Harris !

Smolinski came close, too, but the start marshall waved him off with the checkered flag after only three laps when he was winning his second race,  and instead of another three points in his pocket, he earned himself an exclusion in the re-run. Tough luck for the German Champion !

Yes lets have riders like Aspgren and Pavlic and Bjerre and Michelson ...riders who didnt qualify and beaten by better riders in Iversen and Zager

I want the top 15 in the world and Zagar and Iversen certainly are right now

Please enlighten us as to who you would have that would make the series better?
