to be fair, after what happened to Middlo's testimonial money before, i certainly don't begrudge him getting another go

Well said Stevehone.  Middlo's testimonial was announced by Matt Ford as being the first meeting of 2020.

Nothing about Lambert’s absence in the meeting preview and apart from saying he was absent, nothing in the match report either as to why he was missing, the fact that Lynn used a junior at no 1 says it was clearly an absence for which they were unwilling to use a proper facility which of course would mean Lambert would then collect a ban.

The fact the club fails to fully explain it is one of the main reasons why the sport finds itself in such a mess and one of the main reasons it struggles to attract any real media coverage and a younger audience.

It was in the club's twitter feed with full explanation including the name of the NL rider being drafted in.  Lambert to be fined as are the club for fielding an understrength team!

I wasn't there last night Trees, but from the clip on the BSPA site it's still not smooth. It may be better though so that's a start:approve:

If its good enough for Cook - as he tweeted - then that'll do for me.

Interesting that he behaves himself when Lambert isn't there.

Certainly not KL!!!

That’s one thing it is. It’s too grippy which makes it hard to ride and very difficult to pass but it’s always smooth.

In my experience the best race tracks are smooth because riders can race hard and fast and close to eachother without worrying about the track catching them out.

Coincidence I’m sure :D

Poole must be fined a lot then, because according to Shovlar when Poole have a guest you are always severely weakened:D.

Nice to see Wells put in a shift tonight with a paid 15 max.

All Lynn had to do last night was to use the same excuse as Poole used for Wells and that would have all been fine:wink:

If you dont think Kings Lynn is smooth then i guess you have never seen a meeting there

The track is grippy thats for sure but its probably the smoothest in the league
