Trouble is Brady  knows it doesn't matter, they'll never drop him. Look at his scores last year when he was getting 4's at the no1 spot and never got replaced in H13. (When our reserves were a bit better! ;))

Their reserves 15 our's 3 they always say reserves are important and they are but tonight thier's were better than ours.Wells very poor rider no idea why Matt signed him been sacked from many teams.THJ again not consistent or maybe consistant in not being consistant, that dont sound english.Anyway we lost track looked poor but as has been said Poole ain't great.Must say i did expect to win as we have won last 2 meetings at ipswich but the standard of rider in the (TOP ?) league in England is all the same no big hitters ( Jason Doyle apart, only one who could cut it in the grand prix's ) so anyone can beat anyone on different days, the days of janowski.pedersen to name but 2 are long gone and will never return. Our so called top 2 didnt deliver something you could never say when we had ward/holder, to name but 2.Season over for me roll on next year money, promoter hopefully,BTsport hopefully and Poole have a good team and win the Title hopefully.PS do find it strange all the Poole haters on here if only all their clubs had someone like Matt/Neil running their team they would be very successful, yes he knows all the tricks but so did David Nixon/Tommy Cooper and they were winners as well.Enjoy yourselves and dont be to personal you never really know someone's situation, this forum is a bit of fun lets keep it that way.

Well done the witches.  The effort and commitment was excellent.  Great stuff

i honestly expected to get the wooden spoon when the team was announced.  I am so pleased I was so wrong. Apologies for doubting the riders

regardless of what happens in the final you have done yourselves and the town proud   Congratulations

If you were supporting Ipswich it certainly felt like a final! Well done.

I said at the start of the season we would surprise a few teams with the way the team was built. Yes we have made changes but most teams have and one result of bringing NKI in was getting Jake back to reserve and we are reaping the benefits of that.

Fantastic from all the witches tonight, I really like the way we toyed with them, letting them have a big heat win every so often.

It would be nice to do well in the final, maybe even win it. To be honest I wouldn't care if we didn't, tonight was my final, beating the oh so smugs, actually the oh so cheating smugs.

Thank you to all the witches riders tonight, thank you.

Ps, josh and a klindt would be great additions to next year's team.

Not sure about Klindt bit of a gating tart. Was made to look a fool in heat 15 when complaining to ref about rain and pulled over as soon as race started, and then had to watch Danny & Nico go at it to prove you could race close.

I mean part of this klindt thing might be the fact he has the biggest meeting he has probably ever had tomorrow.

place in Extraliga or a heat which means nothing.

Starry, no offence, but one minute you can't afford to go to Ipswich, & now it appears you have managed to find the funds to go to Rome with Shovvy !!!!!!!!!

Yes !! Yes !! Yes !!

Congratulations Ipswich, love it when the 'underdogs' come through, best of luck in the Grand Final , keep believing :t: And who would have thought Sargent would seal the deal in heat 14, I suppose there's a first for everything :D

As for Poole, dear oh dear , your number 1 and 5 were pathetic, as for Holder , never been a fan of him or his brother, think they are far better than they are, should be ashamed of themselves letting their fans down like that tonight  a big toe injury ...........grow a set of balls Holder !! Credit to Josh , Nicolai and Covatti, for riding their backsides off the scoreline could have been much worse without them

I think thats a bit harsh on Chris who is as an ex World Champion. Can't get much better than that.

Just got back. Horrible journey in the rain and gales. Here’s a little rant, mostly aimed at underperforming Poole riders.

A frustrating couple of meetings. Poole were are far superior side but luck and a bad attitude played their part to even things up. The short and sharp rain shower just before the first leg allowed Ipswich the opportunity they took this evening. I believe if the track hadn’t got the heavy downpour  we would have won by 20 plus points and would have got away with it tonight.

But an EF for Covatti in heat one when well clear, plus him losing a steel shoe latter, was unfortunate for us. Add to that the attitude of Holder and Kurtz and we were always going to come unstuck in the later heats. We had no cover. Our two reserves were actually worse than useless tonight. Both Wells and Jonasson, together with Holder and Kurtz, couldn’t handle a track which had been doctored, (which the home team are entitled to do)and basically gave up. They didn’t want to know.

Nicolai Klindt, Josh Gracjzonek and Nico Covatti did all they could and should be praised for their efforts. Yes the track was diabolical with Iversen far from happy but they got on with it. Kurtz and Holder have let their club down, their team mates down and the Poole fans down. I am pretty sure Middlo is pissed off with them right now and so will be Matt Ford, who has just lost a big payday due to these big girls blouses. It was an abject, dismal performance and not of a standard we expect from our team. Where was the passion from our “top two?”

Sure Ipswich got lucky in the first leg with the weather, but we should have managed to defend against a team, with due respect, who are not as strong.

I hope next season sees the return of Klindt, Gracjzonek and Covatti. Those three have battled all season for the cause. The same cannot be said of the other two, who IMO haven’t shown the right attitude when it matters. When is the last time we have seen Kurtz actually battle through? Not this season. Holder? The same.

This seasons Poole team has been the weakest I have known for years. How on Earth we finished top is anyones guess.

Well done to Ipswich in making the final. I don’t think you will stand a chance against either Wolves or Swindon but at least you are in it. And that’s what counts. Congrats.

I am actually off for a weeks flying in Bassano Del Grappa. Flying to Venice in a couple of weeks time, the train up to the alps. Wonderful.

Shovlar you state that the track was diabolical, but if your riders attack the track with the right attitude they would be able to ride it. Your two young aussie tarts are used to flat out slick European tracks and can't handle a track you have to use your throttle on.

Did you speak to Niels to ask him if he was unhappy about the track?

I question whether you are a far superior team to Ipswich as you have to have the right attitude to be that and Poole were found wanting in that tonight. Even you state in your post that Kurtz & Holder haven't battled through all season.

You say that Ipswich were lucky with the weather before the first leg, nobody knows what the score would've been if it had been fine, you think 20 points but this is speedway and any thing can happen. You can't go on previous meetings as tonight proved.
