So was it good management that Rosco signed Lampart and Wajtknecht and then sacked them and signed Nielsen instead of Vissing.

There was an element of bad luck for the club that Zach lost confidence and retired for the season and that Stefan got injured.

That wasnt the case !

You state yourself that Zach lost confidence, and decided to step away from speedway for this year.

Lampart had his permission to ride here revoked by his Polish club, Motor Lublin, due to his poor form for them, and was more often than not, reduced to a role of spectator in Poland, with Robert Lambert appearing regularly instead of him.

therefore, neither rider was "sacked" as you put it !

He didn't sack Zach, he retired from speedway as he had lost confidence.  Nielsen rode wellin his 1st meeting for the Robins & then got injured.  Lampert was a gamble on a rider who's average fitted the riders he was already signing. Not every gamble comes off but Razza certainly did. That's Rosco's 4th title, it can't all been down to luck.

All true. He did sack Shanes though and if his first choice Lampart had remained rather than Rasmus, would we have won the league?

He wouldn't have stayed. Rosco was already looking to replace & that is why he was able to bring Razza in after the away meeting at Poole. R/R at Poole & Razza in the home meeting that night.
