It says in their local paper that they have 'lodged an application..' which is 'subject to approval at the AGM' and they are direct quotes btw. Same as Poole but the other way. Well according to the GB site they have moved up subject to confirmation at the AGM. That’s the announcement! Of course the reality is nothing is official till the AGM anyway.
