While I understand it's a pointless meeting, the clubs are made to ride it. So should the riders

Before blaming the riders, let’s remember WHY this is a “pointless” meeting .... the failure of the Poole promotion to run the meeting in a timely manner.

You got say that about wolves as well then

What a joke this is. Obviously all these meetings should be run early in the season, before the semi final/final. I dont know the BSPA dont do a bit of marketing around having all cup meetings on the same night across the country. Could put a nice spin on it with it being cup week, keeping track of whos going to qualify etc.

Stop being sensible, it's not compatible with speedway

You would of thought they would of had a gap for it before now. They dumped their agreed staging of the British Youth Championship, maybe they could of fitted a meeting in  it's place maybe ?

The Stars ...…..  Lambo RR,  Aarino,  Riss, Scotty,  Cookie, Kerr, Ostergaard

60-30. Poor crowd and big points money. Far cry from a play off  final bumper crowd.

Can’t imagine Riss, Nicholls and Cook busting too many guts for this with far bigger fish to fry later in the week.

No Lambert , no Jorgensen, no Palm Toft, no Porsing, no point in this meaningless meeting.

Unfortunately running on the same night would need some riders to be in two places at once...

At the meeting their own team is in, and the meeting that another team has borrowed them for....

Maybe though these two teams could get drawn to race against each other and certain riders then ride for both?

The likes of Scott, Bomber and Rory could have a good week considering how many teams they represent over a season...

They could get knocked out in the first round, and the second round, and then go on to be a runner up and a winner in the final.... :D

Setting off for Poole in a minute, don't want to be at the back of the queue to get in..

Although I don't want to get there too early either...

As I may end up riding for one of the teams.!!! ;)

Ah so that's another promotion you don't like.
