Probably come down to where he wants to ride, if Poole approach him may prefer to go back there, but if he feels more valued and settled at Eastie and a guaranteed ride at whatever points limit maybe he'll stay at Eastie, nice position for him to be in considering last season's start, and really his choice no matter who the parent club is. As with most signings at every club it'll come down to numbers, the deal and permissions.

However word has it that he is very popular, or golden boy, with the ‘Head of Speedway’ at Arlington.

For me Kennett provides more entertainment, he know the Arlington track like the back of his hand and made some great passes throughout the season. Lawson was good at home but most of his wins were from the gate and when he was behind he didn't look like passing very often. People always say Kennett is poor away but if you look at the league stats Kennett's away average is only 0.16 less than Lawson's so there isn't actually much between them. ruckerroo 790 Posted November 10, 2019 only a mug would have kennett over Lawson, kennett gets the ass too easily away and disappears without trace after 3 rides away whilst Lawson is solid dependable and extremely consistent.

Hunters 210 Posted November 16, 2019 The 41 point limit changes the ball game, now they can run with 7 of the 9 riders they used last year. 1 Kennett 8.62 2 Newman 5.16 3 Kerr 7.53 4 Brennan 6.05 5 Lawson 8.32 6 Bowtell 3.10 7 Edwards 2.00 40.78 This excludes any 2.5% allowance. I would have preferred Wood to Bowtell but at 3.77 Georgie just takes it over 41. even if three of them got the 2.5% NL allowance They were a well connected group last year and although the Heat leaders are probably at their limit there is a lot of improvement potential below them particularly the two teenagers Brennan and Edwards. Now we will see how many return but the BSPA site confirms three so it would appear Poole did not want Newman or he preferred to stay at Arlington.

All of the riders included in that team recieved the 2.5% reduction last year, meaning if they still are using the same 2.5% reduction rule this year Georgie could be included over Bowtell. gazzac 1,008 Posted November 16, 2019 It's the presentation do tonight, imagine they'll be some announcements there? Think the team will be something like Hunters suggestion, but have a feeling there maybe a surprise or 2, always had a feeling Nick Morris might figure somewhere, and now Sheffield have gone up maybe Danny King if we want or have to shuffle heat leaders. Think we'll still be weak at reserve away from home which is the norm for us, but whoever they choose will probably stay there all season and be strong (ish) at home. Love to see Lawson at Kent.....always liked him since his Lakeside days.

Reading his tweet on Twitter sounds like he wanted to stay at Eastbourne.
