Oh dear bad news here. Have the crowds at Eastbourne been that poor? They don’t have the same overheads as other clubs as they own the stadium and with it car park, food outlets etc.

The club and the stadium are separate entities now, Eastbourne pay (Eric Dugard, I think) to hire Arlington for meetings.

Do Eastbourne Speedway own the stadium? Are they same same as Glasgow Speedway, does the speedway rent it from the Allied Vehicles Group? Edit typing while others answered about Easbourne.

If they owe the rumoured 50k to the stadium owners there rent must be fairly high not had that many home meetings ,

At least from Ian it will be a cut and dried statement of fact as usual and everyone will know what's going on good or bad. Need to do it as if these are just rumours ( although unfortunately I do think there must be some truth in them) need to nip in the bud as crowds will be affected even more if the rumours aren't correct.

Attendances haven't been too bad usually 700-1000 depending on opponents.

Preferred the days of NDL when run by Connor Dugard. Good fun, loads of youngsters and low running costs.
