He is only 4 but likes videos of the racing and is keen to go. Take him to Mildenhall.

Wonder if these fixtures could be trial events, to see how things go. Considering most speedway fans will be eligible for the vaccine long before May, could be a good idea. Are you suggesting that if they were test events that they should exclude and discriminate against those not yet vaccinated by not allowing them to be considered for attendance? In the current climate no one other than Piers Morgan would have the balls to discriminate against anything that might be deemed an injustice against the down trodden and hard done by (those with genuine medical reasons who cannot have the vaccine accepted) so i guess that the answer would be unlikely and the chances are that a meeting would not be run for fear of some self righteous lawyer taking on a case on a no win no fee basis. A bit like don’t break Coronavirus rules unless you are a protester.
Baldyman 6,243 Posted March 15, 2021 The majority of speedway fans have prob already been vaccinated with atleast one jab,,, and a few would have had 2 by now.

No, just pointing out that there will probably be a higher percentage of speedway fans vaccinated, than say, football or rugby fans.

Dandelion 775 Posted March 21, 2021 "This has meant that we have contracted ten drivers with an official average, while the squad may only consist of eight. From the beginning, it has been clear that Jason Jörgensen is intended for our all-Swedish team Smålänningarna, which we have together with Dackarna. Thus, there is only one driver that we do not have room for. However, this has resolved a bit by itself for the time being as Nikolai Klindt for personal reasons will probably not be available to us from the start of the season and thus is placed outside the registered squad. Nikolai is in the middle of a divorce and has children, a house and an ex-wife in England, which means that he needs to focus on being able to be close to his children and since the pandemic currently creates uncertainty about travel, we have together with Nikolai made this decision. He will therefore start the season in Ipswich in the British league if this starts. At the same time, we have also guaranteed Nikolai one of our transfer cards as soon as he is ready to drive in Sweden. He is our captain and given in the squad. The day he is ready, we will make a change based on what the situation in the team looks like then." Looks like Nicolai is in no doubt for the Witches, even if it is under sad circumstance. Hope Nicolai and his family get everything sorted out properly

Because Klindt has a Polish team place, and the worsening covid situation there has raised the possibility (note it is only a possibility) that riders might have to be based in Poland with further travel restrictions making riding in the UK and Poland impossible.
