I was just thinking that!

I think Crump couldn't resist having another crack at Pedersen!

Polish league a huge class gulf from the UK.    Doubt it would happen but if it did he would struggle to score points.     I think he will struggle over here to achieve his average after so long without proper racing.     He was a gater in his prime so if his reflexes are not as sharp he'll be in trouble.

They do have 7 riders signed for the top 5, but not sure they can win races !

Batchelor

Woryna

Lambert

Milik

Lebedevs

Logaczov

Mateusz Szczepaniak

Surely they can only have 3 of Lebedevs, Milik, Batchelor & Lambert riding in any one meeting?  Or has the 2 Poles in the top 5 rule been relaxed?  Or do one of them ride on a Polish license?

Indeed Woryna and Szczepaniak would have to be named in the 1 to 5, however Lambert could be no 8 and take Szczepaniak`s rides. It was however reported that Lambert hated being no 8 at Lublin, and i assume wanted assurances with Rybnik before he signed.

#8 is U23?  I'm guessing Lebedevs & Milik are too old..

New Sportowefakty article on Drabik situation- Google translation

Breaking the anti-doping procedure has become Max Drabik's nightmare. The speedway Betard Sparty Wroclaw confessed to the offense, accepting half a liter of drip (the allowed amount is 100 milliliters), after the final match Fogo Unia Leszno - Sparta, which took place on September 22, 2019. However, as we found out, Drabik told the controllers only about the drip, while the rest was to be told by Sparta's club doctor.
In Wroclaw club we were unable to get a comment, there is still an embargo on information about Drabik. However, in three independent sources we determined that during the inspection the speedway rider was assisted by doctor Bartosz Badeński. Maksym was supposed to admit the controllers to accept the drip, but he had no idea how much it was given to him and he did not answer this question. The doctor was supposed to do it. If during the proceedings at POLADA the witnesses confirm the version, this may be a mitigating circumstance for the player.

Of course, Drabika does not release you from your knowledge of anti-doping rules, but the whole situation shows that he wasn't the only one who didn't show off. It is not surprising that the doctor did not object (we have not heard anything about it) that in a statement issued by Sparta on January 10 it was stated that the administration of hydrating substances was coordinated by him. It can cost a doctor a lot, because the director of POLADA Michał Rynkowski has already said in one of our publications that the doctor is also threatened with sanctions. Can be hung.

By the way, if it was the doctor who gave the information about the drip volume during the check, it can be said that he put Drabik on the mine. If there was no information in the report that the drip was half a liter, then Drabik's procedural situation would be different than at present. He could still hide behind oblivion. Certainly it would be better for him than the fact that the volume was given.
- If the doctor did not give the volume, we would have serious doubt - says lawyer Jerzy Synowiec. - And all doubts are settled in favor of the accused. This case could be discontinued. Unfortunately, in the current situation there is no chance. So what if Drabik didn't give the volume. The doctor did it, and Drabik signed it.

Drabik can still avoid the trial if his representative's application for retrospective TEU is approved. However, our information shows that the chances of this are virtually nil. And the argument about one-day hospitalization at the stadium raises a smile of pity in anti-doping. According to the regulations, such hospitalization must take place in a closed institution, preferably in a hospital. However, a stadium or even a doctor's office is not the right place.

I have just found another Polish Speedway media outlet- don`t know how long they have been around but looks to be a decent website- they will be working with Sabmar TV this season they say https://po-bandzie.com.pl/tag/zuzel/

PoBandzie publish some excellent articles and interviews. It's much less tabloid'y which is great in the era of a complete decline of SportoweFakty's journalism quality.
