If as seems 99% certain both end up at Ipswich then it makes no difference as fits whichever way round

Has more impact in CL as 4☆ rating prevents riding in that league as part of the scheme

It doesn't prevent a 4* rider doing CL in the slightest.  All it prevents is that rider being a CL club's Rising Star.  The example is Berwick, where 4*,Kyle Bickley is in the 1-6, with 3* Leon Flint the Rising Star.

That's exactly what I stated!!

Knock knock.....

Who's there?

A 28 year old with 6 years in British speedway

A 28 year old with 6 years experience in British speedway is a rising star ?

Rising doesn't mean young it means improving right? You could argue Jason Doyle was a rising star in Speedway from 2014-2018!

Good choice especially at a trick track like Monmore

Wolves when prepared right is good track not sure where trick track comes from to be honest. And coming from a brumies fan

Being an Eastie fan the trick track jibe always creates a response and H knows it.

Tom is probably the best pick on the list so happy with that.

personally speaking I’d have preferred a Kemp\Palin/Thompson/Brennan for the future. (Yes I’m aware they are assets of other clubs)

All small tracks seem to be classed as trick tracks. They are not trick, they are just different.

Mildenhall is a good example of a small track that produces good racing...

Small tracks just needs a different set of riding skills, that some riders don't possess these days. Good riders can ride all different types of track
