No, Sabmar do well. Not all minor stations are accidents waiting to happen. Don't have a lot of speedway this year though. Over here, away from sport, Talking Pictures is run by a father and daughter from a garden shed. Doesn't have to be elaborate to work. We were very low budget but always delivered the product on time .
