Is IRR in rules? If Peter withdraws after terrible crash? Or only number 6/7 can cover?

Only rider nr 7 can replace another rider (except for possible tactical substitute). Like RR says it cannot be used for a rider that becomes injured during the meeting.

For no fans there`s a lot of people there- more riders i have seen not wearing a mask !!!!

Sweden have had very different rules about Covid from the start.

Stefan Klemetz mentioned at the start of the stream that teams with VIP lounges are allowed to have dinner guests since it counts as a restaurant.
However all VIP things needs to be pre-booked and social distancing rules apply with tables separated (if team violate that their VIP will be closed).

Thanks- and the riders not wearing masks is a bit naughty as everyone else in the pits/track seems to be wearing them.

Ref Gardel with no mask talking to the managers.

That was one of the worst crashes I have witnessed in many years. Perhaps as bad as the Dryml smash at Oxford. Fingers crossed for Ljung.
