New ideas.... Green helmet colour, golden double (twit hat) 6 lap final heat, 6 man teams, 8 man teams, 16 heats,18 heats, bonus points, no bonus points can't be any of these all been done before.

You forgot the becoming environmentally friendly bit about swapping to push bikes

In summary, much ado about nothing. A five year plan to promote British Youth, which they have been forced into due to rider availability, following the Polish restrictions on how many leagues a rider can participate in.

Aside from that, seven man teams, blokes riding their bikes round a track four times, with a season start date of 1st May.

Points limit and fear that the team they have assembled could have a reserve in place with a higher star grading.....urgh star gradings whilst the average system may de a bit daft is questionable grading any better?

Probably not too much, looking at it they should both be able to track their existing teams. Eastbourne definately, depends if Connor Bailey is classed as British for Glasgow.

Youth riders rather than being grateful for opportunities will now hold all the cards in terms of wage demands. No mention of NL which will likely see teams ripped apart due to the availability of the riders now required in the higher tiers. But at least the two top bods at the table have the top 3 from the youth rounds signed up already....

So the "star" ratings system means the lower the number of stars a rider is given, the higher his rating??

Or am I just confused

Eastbourne got 3 teenage Brits in their team + 4 senior Brits.

So they’re saying grading but really they still mean averages as a rider graded 2 cones up with a 2.00 average now anyway.

British riders listed get 2.5% deducted from those figures

Assuming thats still the case? And assuming they stick with the final 2019 averages for 2021 team building?
