Think he is there as Danish Team Manager so looking at all the Danish riders

Yes, he is Danish team manager... I understood that each rider was only allowed 2 other individuals to be in their "team" though

I have no idea what the deal is under covid19, but if there wasn't covid all FMN can apply and receive for accreditation's for team managers or other people they deem eligible.
