Jose on thin ice?

Think the £30 million pound compensation package will ensure he is given every chance to turn fortunes round by Mr Levy. Think he is doing a great job personally.

Joe Linton starts for Newcastle tonight at Man Utd, immediately putting the away side down to 10 men.

I don’t know we are keeping this up at the moment. Legs and injuries gotta start to tell at some point but the reality is that everyone is similar and we got benefitted from that today with Grealish out

West Ham's next fixtures;

Arsenal (A), Wolves (H), Leicester (A), Spurs (A), Man City (H), Liverpool (A)

Can't see Moyes lasting the season anyway but he might be lucky to get to November looking at those, every chance they'll have no points after 7 games.

This didn't age well :)

Credit to Moyes, made some good signings and both him and the team are much improved. Think it's probably fair to say they are one of the sides that benefit from having no fans in stadiums as well.

To be fair I don’t think you were alone in predicting they would struggle. Refreshing to see a different team in amongst those at the top.

Moyes is like a stopped clock, right twice.  :D

Give any hopeless manager enough chances and he’ll eventually do OK.

In fact that’s the general MO of every club in England bar the usual top six who avoid the journeymen.

Yep almost a perfect weekend. Brentford haven’t coped very well with going top as they’ve lost three on the bounce since and Swansea had the best defensive record in the league before shipping four at Huddersfield of all places. If we win tomorrow we go ten clear with others playing Wednesday.

In fairness to Moyes , he was solid enough for Everton and is doing a pretty good job for West Ham and a lot better than some so called top managers.

He was never good enough for United and should never of been appointed there.

Sad news that Gordon McQueen once of Leeds Utd and Manchester Utd has been diagnosed with dementia.

Can see Liverpool P38 W11 D7 L20 the way we are going at the moment

Just can’t see who they could possibly beat (or even get a draw) against at the moment!!!

Still, if that is the case we’ll have the Champions League next year :t:

Oh wait, that’s Championship League next year :cry::cry:

Has any team ever won the First Division/Premier League and been relegated the next season?
