I think you will find that where a match is called before the 15 heats bets will be void if the result can change over the remaining heats - ie Wroclaw could have not won by -8 in the end. They will pay out if the bet is decided like a rider scoring more than 8 and he has 9 when the match is called. Rather unfair on the team at home for the meeting which ended after 8 heats, there isn't an ideal answer but wouldn't taking the aggregate scores from both meetings after 8 heats be fairer!
