My final post on the subject- if you can`t see it you never will !!! 2 GP rounds only i know

Janowski   1st     Extraleague  pos   1

A Laguta 2nd   Extraleague pos  3

Sayfutdinov  3rd   Extraleague pos  11

Lindgren  4th  Extraleague pos 29

Woffinden  5th  Extraleague pos  8th

Zmarzlik  6th  Extraleague pos 2nd

Vaculik 7th  Extraleague pos 4th

Madsen 8th Extraleague  pos 7th

Your honour i rest my case :)

2 GP's does not a season make. As I said in my original comment yes I think Fred is under performing a bit. But you can't deny there's some real track specialists riding for Polish clubs, always have been, always will be. Kolodziej is another example, a far tougher opponent in Poland than he would be in a GP at Mallila.

So you also need to list those riders competing in the Ekstraliga that aren't in the GP's.

Case closed :)

Also don't forget that GP positioning does not truly reflect race points scored. When you look at his actual GP race points of 10,7 & 8... it's not too far away from his 7.67 match average in Poland which actually puts him at a slightly better 22nd in the list of the Ekstraliga.

Could a rider from one of the lower Polish leagues be drafted into the Ekstaliga as a replacement due to injury? And if so would the 2 leagues only rule be applied? Meaning, would a rider have to drop a league mid-season?

No- it would have to be a transfer- made during the remaining transfer periods.( they do have squads)

- mid-year transfer window III: July 27, 2021 - July 31, 2021
- mid-year transfer window iv: August 23, 2021 - August 27, 2021
The team would still need to meet the league requirements  of min Poles, U24 etc
I would think the 1 other league would apply to anyone coming in.

He is more than underperforming abit, for the first half of the season he was especially poor. He’s been better in recent weeks but not at the standards expected or required of him... or he reaches in the GPs!

He came under fire from Częstochowa fans earlier in the year too for spending too much time focusing on marketing an advertising monster energy than practising and going quicker. Tough crowd to please!

I was thinking while watching the Swedish match last night that Luke Becker must be on the Ekstaliga clubs radar, like Holder, Lidsey & Bewley have been and that if a rider for one of these clubs were to get injured, or I were looking to make a change to bolster up the side, Becker would be one of the the first riders I'd be looking to sign.

"The Little Missile" already rides, Poland, Sweden & UK, so something would have to give, could there be a suitcase full of Zloty's heading the way of Monmore Green anytime soon I wonder?

He’s riding in the iliga this season, and there’s a good few better than him in that league really, although if he’s still u24, could be up for a place in the Ekstraliga next season

Not sure how long a contract be signed with Łódź this year, I would presume probably more than just a year though.

With riders like Jeppeson, Krakowiak, Birkemose etc not really cutting it this year, you have to think he will be we’ll sought after for one of the under-24 positions

Do the Poles bribe their own clubs mid season to release riders like they did with a certain British club?

That’s not a bribe - that’s what in most sports would be called a transfer fee.
