Always a question of what it is worth for each individual. I hope to actually make it across the border to watch a meeting or two. Just for the cheap petrol. Been queues at the border petrol stations as it is 20 cent cheaper a liter in Denmark :D

Nice action if i am reading this correct

Pop down to one of the sponsors, Kvickly this wednesday between 2 and 6 next week and you can get a free ticket to the Vojens meeting v Holsted :t:Bit too far for me, even though i could make it in time, but would cost me more than buying a ticket :D

RULES FOR THE SPEEDWAY LEAGUE
The Speedway League is Denmark's best series within the speedway sport. The tournament consists of 8 teams - concluding with a semifinal and a final.

CATEGORY
Before the start of the season, all the drivers are assigned a category (A, B, C or D), where A is the absolute top driver, the B-drivers are the drivers who are just below the absolute elite, the C-drivers are drivers with some experience, while the D-drivers are primarily the new Danish talents.

To create exciting races, rules have been laid down for how the team may be put together on the day.

The total value of the team must not exceed 24 and must not exceed 19.

This includes:

A-drivers with the value 8.

B-drivers with the value 6.

C-drivers with the value 3.

D-drivers with the value 1.

There must be max. be an A-driver on the team.

There must be max. be three B-drivers on the team.

There must be max. be three drivers who do not have a Danish regular club and a Danish license.

The team must consist of at least one D-driver or alternatively a U21 driver with a Danish regular club and a Danish license.

SETTLEMENT
A match consists of 14 heats, where each team has two drivers on the track at a time.

The home team's drivers use red and blue helmet color, the away team drives with white and yellow helmet color.

Via the heat form, you can see who is going out in the individual heat and the starting position (lane 1 = inner lane / lane 4 = outer lane) is also stated in the heat form and these starting positions can not be deviated from.

In each heat, there are six points at stake. The winner of the heat gets three points, the second gets two points, the three gets one point, while there are no points for the last man. The heat can thus end 5-1, 4-2 or 3-3. The team with the most points eventually wins the match.

BONUSPOINT
Speedway drivers are usually paid per. point. In order for teammates not to fight against each other, bonus points are awarded, which are not included in the final result of the match. If two teammates are left behind and two, the two get a bonus point, the two become three and the three get a bonus point. However, bonus points can never be obtained as the last completing run in a heat.

RESERVE DRIVER
Driver number 5 is reserve and may, in addition to its four programmed heats, be inserted up to three times instead of another driver.

TACTICAL RESERVE
If a team is behind by 6 or more points, a tactical reserve may be used - that is, the team leader can insert another rider instead of the scheduled one - however, no riders may be used more than twice in addition to the scheduled heats.
Tactical reserve can only be used after heat three. Up to 2 tactical reserves can be used in the same heat.

The reserve can not be used as a tactical reserve in its own programmed heat.

In heats 13 and 14, tactical reserve can be used.

In heat 9 (where C and D drivers meet each other) - do not drive tactically.

HEAT 13 AND 14
In heat 13, 2 of each team's 3 lowest scores incl. bonus points and joker points meet.

In heat 14, each team's 2 highest scores incl. bonus points and joker points meet.

TODAY'S FIGHTER
After each match, a rider is named Fighter of the Day. The rider who most times during a season manages to be named is named Fighter of the Year

MATCHPOINT
The winner of a match is awarded two match points. If the match ends in a draw, both teams will receive a match point.
When the league runs both away and home matches. When two teams have met each other both away and at home, the team that has won an extra match point is awarded - also called match bonus point.

SEMIFINALS AND FINALS
No points are included from the basic game, to either the semifinals or the final. But only matters in relation to what helmet color the team has in the semifinals / finals, ie red, blue, white and yellow, respectively.

The teams placed as No. 1 and 2 in the basic series advance directly to the final. The winner must settle the final

The semi-final is settled by the club, which after the initial rounds is placed as number three in the basic game.

The teams placed from 3rd to 6th place meet in a semifinal that is settled as a four-team match.

The 2 teams that in the semifinals will be No. 1 and 2 - are on to the final, which will also be played as a four-team match.

Winner of the Speedway League:
The winner of the tournament is the team that has scored the most points in the final after the final.
