Polish Div 2 play-off final 2nd leg Sunday 3rd October live on TV

Statement from Wittstock :D

Withdrawal participation in the 2nd Polish league due to the corona pandemic

After a long correspondence with the local authorities and the federal government, we could not get the permission to participate in the 2nd Polish League. Due to the federal emergency brake, which is regulated in § 28 b of the Infection Protection Act (IfSG) and due to which an incidence of more than 100 has been exceeded for several days, the health department of the Ostprignitz-Neuruppin district was unable to grant approval for the competition. As evidenced by § 28b No. 6 IfSG, it applies to sport that individual sport is generally possible alone, in pairs or with members of your own household and that professional athletes and competitive athletes of the federal and state squad are also privileged. For us, this means that individual training runs are allowed, but not competitions of the team within the framework of the Polish federation. Most of the motorsport enthusiasts are neither professional athletes nor cadre athletes of the federal or performance bases. Professional athletes or professional athletes are the drivers who earn their living from sport without any other significant sources of income. We informed the PZM about the decision of the current nationwide and uniform protective measures. We have never agreed to resign or resign. A postponement of the dates into summer was unfortunately rejected. So yesterday the PZM decided against our participation in the 2nd Polish league. We expressly reject allegations that the club is unable to host a race on the Heidering. We are all very disappointed and would have liked to have played with our team in the second Polish league. However, our hands are tied and we have to bow to the uniform and nationwide Infection Protection Act. Other clubs are also affected. Clubs that claim that they have a permit to run a competition is against the law. Uniform laws cannot be repealed by a board of directors, after all it is about the community welfare and the protection of the individual.

We understand the decision and will not take any other path and harm the club, the drivers or other parties involved. The damage is already big enough that the drivers have no hope of a great and sporty season. For this reason, the club decided yesterday to release the drivers for other clubs. We would be happy if one or the other club contact the drivers or us so that they can still prove their skills abroad. We will stay loyal to the 2nd Polish league in the future and bring the Heidering to a boil again with you next year in 2022. See you soon. The board of directors MSC "Wölfe" Wittstock e.V. in the ADMV

Yes that`s what it says here https://www.pzm.pl/pliki/komunikat/gksz/2021-05/34204/komunikat-gksz-nr-39.pdf

As you know that equates to 1pm local ;) and i was surprised and checked to see if that Monday is a bank holiday in Latvia and it isn`t !

Great debut in Polish league today from Landshut`s 16 year old Norrick Bloedorn 12 from 6 away in Daugavpils.

I've been raving about him for nearly 2 years, ever since I saw him beat Huckenbeck from the back in Germany a couple of months after turning 15.
