If Pitgate52 says its Tuesdays, thats what it will be.

She is very much involved with the Management.

Yes your correct Bob it is going to be Tuesday as apparently to many Friday tracks.

What about Troy batchelor he’s happy to ride in the championship if allowed.

That was my guess! Not sure what his average would be though

Be a mistake to race on Tuesdays as opposed to Fridays (imo...)

Simply because of the distance and being able to make a weekend of the visit ?

Wouldn't have been allowed to race Fridays due to the number of Friday tracks already running so had no choice!

14.11 ?????

Where you got that figure from??? (the brilliant 5 year plan from last year to raise the multiplier each year until it got to 2.0 has been dropped so the multiplier hasn't risen to 1.6 this year as proposed)

8.82 x 1.5 = 13.23...

Still to high and Batch would have to do a "Joe Screen" and get his average down to 8 to get a 12 average before he could be considered for a double up roll; unless (and its a big unless) the BSPL do a special one off rule bend!!! and let him come in on a 12 (which they won't) so its a moot point really...

Would Saturday be a possibility or the traditional Exeter Monday's?

There are already 3 Saturday tracks in CL and most Midlands and South like to do a Northern Tour plus Saturday not a great day for Guests in 6 teams tied up and lot of top end Riders are on Continent etc.

Tuesday / Wednesday is only realistic option

Four Clubs already ride on a Friday and remember what The Chairman did to Lakeside and Workington in 2018, cancelling Friday matches at 3 days notice as he couldn't get a Guest for his own Club.

I think Tuesdays were the Trelawny Tigers race night?

Indeed it was, I think the northern clubs used to use it as a southern tour with Newport Sunday Exeter Monday.

If British Speedway is struggling for riders they should allow everyone to double up, would entice more riders over here perhaps?
