Daft question, but what is the criteria for this meeting and the difference to the bronze helmet? Similar juniors seem to have appeared in both.

Silver Helmet is for U21s, Bronze Helmet for U19s.

In case anyone is watching and is not aware, there are 2  15 year old wonder kids in the meeting. 4 Wiktor Przyjemski and 9 Damian Ratajczak. Both remarkably turn 16 on the same date- this Sunday May 23rd. Ratajczak makes his Leszno debut at Wroclaw on his birthday and Przyjemski will no doubt ride for Bydgoszcz in their next match.

Unlucky of the young lad in heat one when easily leading. Makes me feel in any rerun starts should be staggered in order of when the race was stopped, the rider in second starting one bike length down with third a bike length further back.

Good news from Bydgoszcz this morning

Wiktor Przyjemski  underwent detailed tests in the hospital. These showed no fractures or serious injuries! The player is only beaten up badly.
