Should we be worried?

It is a controversial topic. Some people say "nothing to hide, nothing to fear", which is a bit glib in my opinion. Others will tell you it is "anonymized" however, if you have a rare health condition and your data is split by location, how hard would it be to identify you - let alone if you join this dataset to others which are available?

The question is should we opt out or not :unsure:

I suppose I ought to ring the surgery really.

Form you can send to Dr. 

Have heard that you can set NHS app to prevent this happening too
