He raced in Oz first I think, then moved on to the States. Not sure if he still rides but I saw him ride a couple of years ago, he was okay.

Thanks Steve. I'm hoping to go to a meeting in Japan at the end of May and wondered if there might be some names to look out for, but if he lives in USA then I guess not.

Otherwise you'll just have to do what the locals do and pick a colour !

Briggo and Mauger held at least one meeting in Israel i think.late 70`s

Garnet Thistlewaite was a native of Port Moresby that i think Birmingham were interested in or rode second half here,mid 70`s
