England and Brighton defender Ben White could be joining the Arsenal on Wednesday for 50 mill. Made a few signings already, interest in Ramsdale, Abraham, Henderson, Maddison. Will have to offload a few. Smith Rowe to get number 10 shirt, Saka at 7.

New owner for Swindon Town, should have enough professionals to start the season now, and pay full wages?

Manchester United sign UCL & World Cup winner Varane for £40m while Arsenal sign White for £50m

Arsenal really are a #BanterClub

Take the point but White is five years younger and will have a resale value, is relatively proven in the PL and being home grown comes with a premium anyway. That said Arsenal look like they are overpaying, time will tell.

Rumours of a new contract of Steve Bruce, how mad is Mike Ashley.

Utd have done a fantastic bit of business getting Varane for that price. Reports suggest that he was offered more to stay at Real but wanted a new challenge so probably hasn't joined United just for the money.

50 Mill for Ben White is bonkers money. Lunacy. Surely that could of been spent on Odegaard or are they going for him as well? Nearly as bad as United spending 80 mill on Maguire.

Looks as if Grealish is set to join City for 100mill which is also crazy money, especially when you consider we got a much younger Sancho for 70mill.

Wolves seem to be falling apart, rumors Neves and Traore are leaving now too. Wasn't this the year that BWitcher predicted they would have broken into the top 4 and the champions league?

Sadly, Avoiding the bottom three is the priority now.

Interesting to see how they'll do this year after losing so much experience. Vieira was unconvincing as a manager at Nice but they've actually made some good signings to be fair. Olise is a bargain at £8m, Andersen did well for Fulham last year and Guehi was superb at Swansea. Conor Gallagher a good talent also, he should do well in a side that will look to attack more than West Brom.

Did you watch Palace last year ? Very defensive, & tried to hit teams on the counter attack. Think they will do well to survive next season.

Being an ex-Addick hope they do struggle. Everyone thinks Norwich Brentford Watford will go back down but??

Vieira generally played attacking football with Nice so I imagine he'll look to do the same with Palace. Could do with a striker better than Benteke/Mateta though.

I think there's 50% chance they do okay and 50% that it's a complete disaster and he's sacked by Christmas

Looks like Exeter are about to lose Joel Randall to Peterborough for around £1.5m. Another academy graduate makes the step up for big money but it's getting frustrating now.

Recruitment this summer has been underwhelming after being told we were in our best position ever to make marquee signings, now we're at a point where the squad is weaker than last year.
