So if Flint is higher ( published greensheets don't show his actual average, just that he is no 5) then they can use Thomsen for Flint and R/R for Etheridge. Hence the question.!! They can’t use Thompson for Flint it has to be a rising star or R/R,that’s what the rule appears to say.Seemingly that’s why rising stars don’t have Greensheet average. The supplementary regs are confusing. They say that if the rising star is in the 1 - 5 then he is subject to reg. 12.4 (facilities) which states that if you have more than one rider missing then its R/R for one and a guest(s) for the others. Supp. regs. say it's R/R or another rising star. However which rule takes priority if you have more than one rider missing?

Just the usual mess and contradictory rules.Take your pick and if your the right Promotion you will get away with it.You couldn’t make it up,only in Speedway..Interpretation of rule as usual. screm 8,053 Posted August 1, 2021 Under the circumstances I suppose it was a decent effort from Berwick, but yet again another collapse in the last few heats. One point down going into heat thirteen yet end up getting nothing must be hard to take and at some point will need to be addressed.
