Sir Sidney, This is the absolute best advice. Monmore is surrounded by industrial units and the East Park behind the closed back straight. There is no housing and therefore no prying eyes to keep a watch on things. This is not to say that Wolverhampton is intrinsically unsafe. As a last resort there is Priestfield Metro stop which has a park and ride with housing opposite. This is past the stadium as you are coming out of town. Would take you about 10 minutes to walk from there. I imagine that would be safer. But hey get there early have a beer and a burger/chips and you're sorted. Col 854 Posted August 29, 2021 Never had problem parking at Monmore, big car park at stadium and they'll let you park inside the gates if that gets full, but never had a problem parking next to East Park either and it is quicker to get away. Got tickets for the midday encounter, haven't been to Monmore since Super Trooper farewell and will watch evening antics on TV.
