I don't know for sure but last Champ meeting is 24th Sept, so prob then?

The prem playoffs are pencilled in for 27th Sept, but can't see any Champ playoffs pencilled in this month. Though that prob harder as not as cut and dry as the prem and more days available!

I believe the champ cut off is 26th Sept. The dates of play offs will depend on who faces who. There's a fair few Friday night tracks in the hunt and none will want to give up their regular race night for such big meetings

They might have to give regular race nights up, if there is a possible October half term lockdown which is being reported! Need to get it done before that happens. If Scotland don't do one we could have a Glasgow vs Edinburgh final by default!

With the big rise in covid cases it is a high possibility of an October lockdown. Might not be any playoffs. This government is absolutely hopeless in everything it does or doesn’t do.

Hardly the fault of the Government, it is the general public that think covid has gone since some/most/all the restrictions have gone & do not use common sense.

Can't blame the government for people not getting vaccinated.

However with a lot of talk about going to places needing a vaccine passport, they might themselves in a lockdown of their own making (as they can't get in to anything!). quite ironic really!

If there is to be an October lockdown (denied today incidentally) its suggested it will be during half term which is traditionally towards the end of the month

Possibly government thinking, that people will have the vaccine, rather than be kept out of football, night clubs etc.

You could if you think that vaccination should be mandatory but that's probably one for the thread that shall not be named
