Box -office bonanza!       The season's league finale is always a big night, having the Tigers in town (hopefully with their new Pole) and the out-of-the-blue "signing" of Jason Crump by the Bandits makes this one very big indeed......

One persons positive spin is another persons little lie, I think we all know Crump is guesting for NBJ. Just one thing though, if, as it is claimed NBJ is mentally and physically exhausted, why did he take on the extra meetings for Belle Vue.

A feather in the cap for Bandits bringing Crump to guest. Well done guys.

Didn't realise spud was retiring, was just thinking he might have been worth a punt next season on a sub 7 average. Pretty apt last meeting against Glasgow, served us well as skipper. Can't help thinking could've achieved a bit more on better machinery but been good servant to the northern speedway scene. Best of luck in future endeavours

Young family, young business means he has other priorities and can`t give speedway the time anymore. Dependable rider who hopefully goes out on a high come Saturday.

Quite right to get out relatively unscathed. Sure he'll be fired up against us, always has been since he left. Long as he gets out safe and sound that's main thing!!

C’mon Dick….. if you want sensational ……. Announce Greg at number 8Hats off too the promotion for bringing Crump in as a guest. Should be a cracking meeting for Spuds Swansong. Here’s hoping the weather is good and there’s a bumper crowd to end the season.
