Edinburgh v Birmingham 10/9/21 7.30pm KO Cup

Recommended Posts

Edinburgh just too strong tonight. Pity both sides weren’t at full strength the score line might have been tighter. Still it was entertaining and we’ll have our work cut out at PB in a few weeks.

He was never due to ride apparently, a long term commitment/engagement. Although I only found this out today. Pity though, we really needed him tonight.

Shows how much he thinks of Speedway as Team Sport.Self interest has manifested itself done to reserve riders. How does the Sport allow this farcical situation.

If Thomas had a long standing commitment elsewhere and this meeting was rearranged then it's not really his fault, Brum management would have known about it when accepting the date

I wonder if LR aka speedway fan could explain Thomas's absence?

Maybe you'd like to take a look on the Brummies Fans Forum where the absences are explained!

Nice to see both Edinburgh and Glasgow having a minutes applause for legendary promoter Ian Hoskins.

Great to have Richie Back.

Riss really has gone backwards when it looked like he would go on to be a superb rider. Shame.

It was an entertaining meeting and all riders contributed, some more than others.

Unfortunately some will always look for negatives, which says it all really. Sadly.
