So we can expect to see more of Jorgensen at 1?

God no. It yields less than r/r so what's the point?

On the changed track prep - Scotty Nichols commented that the riders had asked for it to be prepared differently, but it hadn’t turned out how they expected.

Much is being made of the track surface etc, but it seems the simple fact is that Sheffield rocked up in a fighting mood, with their gating gloves on, and won the meeting.

Without doubt, the surface was changed and Sheffield rode it better

I'm sorry but I believe its more a case of Panthers making a clanger, let's be honest, we normally have a few a season.

i believe they knew exactly what they were doing

So why did P/boro bother winning at Sheff last week and then lose heavily when on tv, surely it would have been better if they had lost at Sheff, dropped points away from home, then beaten Sheff at P/Borough, then it wouldn't have looked so 'iffy'.

Because they needed to ensure they had the points in the bag before starting the average manipuation. Lose at Sheffield, something unforseen happens in the home match, such as an injury, and top spot could have been endangered. As it is now take a 46-44 home win (more manipulation) and come out it smelling of roses.

So what have they achieved then ?   apart from upsetting the home fans.

Best team in the league? I don’t think so. Bubble has burst.

How can the team that finishes top of the league not be the best team in the league?
