There wasn’t the slightest hint of the meeting not taking place because of wet track IMO. Even the staunchest Tigers fans must be wondering what was going on.

They should have asked Stewart.

Next time I see him I will.

Peter Facenna was fuming on the mic he knows what went on ,

He as you know is trying to build the fan base what chance has he got with that farce tonight.

I feel sorry for the Facenna’s and the track staff. What we witnessed was nothing short of farcical. They should had called it off before any track work.(if it was as bad as the riders thought.)

Surely would make sense if track curator and referee made decisions re blading of track etc

After any remedial work done ( if any) captains go out for few laps to see if rideable

I don't get what the beef is with Stewart Dicksen (Leicester) and Glasgow? I assume there is some history... as a Leicester fan I couldn't really give a toss

Deja vu from KL vs Sheffield rain off here. They still not learning.

When Brum were at Poole and the massive hole appeared, Rory did 3 laps to make sure it was alright. But I guess you have to have riders willing to do it!

If, as has been quoted, the Leicester captain had no intention of riding then I don't think was anything anyone could do to resolve that
