Peterborough Panthers 2022

Let's hope relocation doesn't mean being "relocated to the annals of speedway history", like so many sadly have been before...

Is there land available to the West of the A1 or just a few miles up the A1?

Is there land available near the lakes to the South?

When is all this supposed to happen.

The article isn’t explicit, but ‘A few events will definitely leave the site such as Truckfest, but even if the development is passed it will be three or four years at the very earliest before the event needs to move on.’ suggests the changes aren’t imminent.

Sad to say I think you Peterborough fans have to treat every season from now on as it could be the last one and enjoy it whilst you can ( no different to most clubs really). Will Buster lose interest more quickly and pull out of the showground at the first opportunity?....

Good bit of business by Buster as he'd just move all assets to King's Lynn's books

Do Boro have any great list of assets?

Didn't the majority transfer to Poole with the Frost sponsorship some years ago?

Of course but they would have taken on a new asset list since Buster's ownership surely.

Buster has a good business brain & there's absolutely no way he'd of taken on a club with no assets to fall back on. He knew from the start that the stadium was at risk, so he must have something to gain if the club folds??

At this moment in time Peterborough Speedway is operating because of Keith Chapman and after a season we have just had it’s hardly fair to knock him is it.

I don’t see a big queue of people attempting to take over from him either, even though he is open to offers.

As Neil Watson says this plan needs to be approved and will take years to come to fruition even if it is allowed, a lot could still change.

First meeting back for Ulrich tonight at Scunthorpe hopefully he shows no lasting effects of his injuries from last season and he eases himself back in the groove

He doesn't know how to ease himself in after injury. It will be normal chaos resumed from race one. That's why we all love watching him.

I can't see how he would gain if the club folds.. He must of shelled out a fair wedge when he took over, and surely get nothing back if it folds? Don't know what assets (If any) Buster has signed since he's been there tbh.

Think the best you'll get is Ostergaard ,  some track equipment and maybe Rob Lyon back
