Ulluy was on the same visa but got a season ending injury in July , Tero’s visa problems started in August  , as would Ullys if he wouldn’t have been injured so why the smug emoji ???

The smug emoji is because I have  not seen any thing official on BSPA website stating that  Tero and Ully did not have correct Visa’s to race, and was taking the comments with a pinch of salt. You seem to know all about it though so fair play.Quite sure Ully will ride in GB next year.Who was at fault for incorrect Visa’s would be my question and how can they ride for 3/4 of a season before the issue was discovered( if true) but that’ speedway in GB for you.!!

I posted back in August/September that Tero & other riders were having visa problems given to me by a Private Message which I was not prepared to air on the forum. Ully was one of those riders but the injury he received did not highlight his problems as he was not travelling in & out of the country as regular. Posters, & many came on, implying that there had been a falling out between Rob & Tero, which was totally untrue & also implying that, if Tero read the forums, he should not ride for a team like us with fans having a go at his away scores, which even he admitted to, should have been better but, mainly,  we can not judge effort & performance if not there.

There are many smart arses out there with their smug comments which we have to put up with them as it is a public forum. It is easy to bypass these posters, though, as to stick them on ignore. Any "over the top" nastiness is normally dealt with by the moderators.

Due to Brexit foreign riders needed a work visa once we left the E U. Tero and a host of riders continued to race abroad and basically come back into the country as a foot passenger and no machines .This loophole was acted on by immigration and this focussed riders needed an upgraded work visa to enter the Uk and it caught a few riders out but not Ully as he was sidelined through injury and not officially working

So who were the other riders, and why is Tero still having troubles.Don’t recall any other riders having to stop riding.?

I find it incredible that riders can ride for months without the proper Visa’s. BSPA probably too busy working on riders averages.

Visa’s are not a BSPL issue, although they do check the club have one for the rider, it’s down to the rider and the employer ,the club. A correct visa can be voided for a number of reasons , by the DOE,  change in circumstances perhaps or operating outside it’s parameters.

A correct visa is surely the proper visa, why can it be voided unless the rider and Employers are not telling the truth.Typical Speedway Promoter, doesn’t even know the criteria.IMO

ps

Tero’s employer supposedly oversees the sport.!!!

Looks like Josh McDonald has'nt got a callback to Scunny in 2022. Just tweeted hes hoping for something to come up. Shame if so; despite the knocks he stuck at it last season and will be all the better for it next time around. On a 4.00pt ave would have been a useful inclusion.

If were serious about making a real fist of it in 2022 we have to make sure we have three top riders plus a fourth capable of stepping up. On the lines of Leicester. For me Adam Ellis, Ryan Douglas & Jake Allen would give us a fantastic top three. Then if we went for Broc Nicol a proven EWR specialist on a 5.50pt ave. Hes capable of backing the top three home & away. It might mean no callback for Lambo this season as his 5.98pt ave seems a tad high. ?

In Jordan Palin we have a rider who can really push on in 2022 and certainley capable of heat leader returns round the EWR. I would have no hesitation in bringing in Zaine Kennedy another EWR specialist having been released by Leicester/Sheffield. Fairly sure this all fits within the 42pt limit. Then we might be looking for a upcoming rider at reserve.

So Ellis, Douglas, Allen, Nicol Palin, Kennedy & ANO ?. Not bad that if I say so myself.
