So roughly half the away tracks Scunny riders can’t ride , doesn’t bode well then, I always find it a bit strange when the Scunny side is always set up to win most home meetings and to get hammered away because it is pointless making the playoffs as they are decided on a home and away match which Scunny has no chance to win on aggregate.

For a lot of clubs just reaching the play-offs is considered a successful season!

No it’s a club that’s realistic with its budget

Ambition has nothing to do whatsoever with a budget, whether you are on the bottom rung or top you need ambition or you just might as well give up.

Ambition can bankrupt you and close you down in many sports...

With Speedway being one of them that is particularly risky given the lack of any real financial remuneration for success when put up against the added money being paid out when you have a good season home and away..

Happiness Is 46-44....

And whatever happens away from home, happens...

With many teams I would think being not too upset at the odd 30 to 35 point score now and again..

It gives you a chance of being Champions. NO medals handed out for being League Winners.

Douglas increases his average, as we thought, Aarnio & Kennedy but it means Lambert down to reserve from 1st May.

Yeah think it will make us weaker particularly away from home not being able to get 6 or 7 rides out of Zaine like tonight
