Think that cut on his head might hinder that

A cut on the head doesn't indicate you have concussion, despite Shovlar's medical assessment from a hundred odd miles away.

Proud of those boys . Panthers are favourites for sure no matter how you dress it up.

Well done all...

A truly great nights racing...

Topped off by amazing team riding...

Even if Thursday is half as good it will be a cracker...

I was there. A decent meeting by Wembley's standards, but tonight has been excellent.

Me too... I've heard a few people saying it wasn't all that recently, but as with so many things in sport, you had to be there

Title has now been decided. Only a massive croak for Panthers will lose this. As a neutral it’s a shame BV didn’t get a ten point lead but Panthers were not harmed at all by Andersen injuring himself. They had the riders to cover.

Nicholls turned the clock back and rode a blinder on a track he doesn’t usually ride well.

It would be great for Bjarne to hang up his leathers with a league title, and we can give him a proper send off at Poole at the end of this month.

Fingers crossed Andersen is fit for Thursday then we can use R/R instead of Kerr and everything will be perfect.

The boys are fired and they want to this for themselves, the fans and for Colin Pratt.

He probably said that because he wasn't in it!

He did what he wanted to do by ‘79

There were only a handful of top races at Wembley that night but that’s all people remember

He was right though.  Take those two races Penhall won on the line out, and there was very little else in the way of racing

Lyon said they had withdrawn him as he bashed his head on the temple. If it was just a cut Andersen would be riding.
