Surely Bates can not be still be a rising star, he must be almost be due a Testimonial

Agreed on that one, would be surprised if Josh was in the 2022 line up to be honest.

The only thing he can be described as is a liability! How many meetings did he actually ride in and how many heats did he actually complete? Think he ought to retire, he can't afford any more injuries at his age. Stick to the day job, digging holes for PBHS with his mate Proctor.

Funnily enough i think he would be due a testimonial next season.

Seen on other threads that Mountain is nailed on for Sheffield for next season, has that been officially confirmed anywhere?

Mountain is a good prospect and won't let u down.

Good to see him back at Leicester as he should never av left. Not that I'm a Lions fan just that it's me local track.

I think a lot will depend upon whether or not he is still classed as a Rising Star.

If he is not classed as a Rising Star then I think I prefer Stefan Nielsen.

Should still qualify for a R/S going by the rules set out last season.

A good or bad Sheffield side?

  1. Adam Ellis
  2. Erik Riss
  3. Josh Pickering
  4. Kyle Howarth
  5. Tobiasz Musielak
  6. Anders Rowe
  7.  Rising Star

Replace Erik Riss with Jack Holder

Replace Anders Rowe with Stefan Nielsen .

And your talking.

hell yes !

Although I am still not decided on Howarth, great rider but not sure if a move away might benefit him.

Howarth would be first on my team sheet every time. What he lacks in finesse he makes up for with sheer will-to-win-come-what-may. 120% committed and a great team man. He epitomizes everything that the Tiger spirit stands for.
