Think people need their head checked if they thought basso was at fault in heat 14. Brennan had lost control about half way round the bend then ran out of room going for a gap that didn’t exist.
Thought the exclusion of the newly wed in heat 2 was a bit harsh. Will the falls of basso and Hume while on heat advantages be costly for the pirates come tomorrow night.

agree, and he never even got to the gap.Good meeting ,Poole slight favourites for me.Hoping Tigers can pull it of though .

We were angry with referee trying to get him to even it up after heat 2 atrocity lol

Used them for the basso Brennan incident.

I also remember an incident snapper went up and showed the referee a still showing it was not the Glasgow rider who touched the tapes

Just going by the rules

"except when a recognised TV company is in attendance who provide multi-angle replay views to the Referee, all decisions taken by a Referee shall be made without referral to a TV/video monitor or replay thereof"

10 points up to Glasgow should add a few hundred to Thursdays crowd & boost Matt's wallet. As things stand I think both set of fans are happy & still keeping interest going for us neutrals.

What's the weather forecast for Poole on Thursday & what stadium facilities are being made available - have had many a meal in the "Glass Grandstand" restaurant.

Referee can't use replays unless it is a professional TV broadcasting company. Not sure a streaming company would qualify for that, if so would have to be agreed beforehand I'd assume!

Think if one leg has streaming and the other leg doesn’t would be hard to justify a referee reviewing a potential decision on video streaming.

thats oh so true  .you could see what was going to happen when tom had a moment in the first part of bend 3 . it was always going to happen. he just ran out of room . basso did nothing wrong

pure racing accident .

Just a mention to the promotion and track staff for their efforts lin managing to get a match on last night. From the minutes applause for Michael Facenna (RIP) through to the red flares on the Tigers parade lap right through to the fireworks and rider interviews they and all 14 riders put on a great show in front of a bumper crowd

Thank you

If it means getting the right decision don’t see what is wrong with that.At least he doesn’t have to have a guess, which seems to happen a lot of the time.

Back  now at Gatwick. Very easy and good way to go. Just a shame COP26 was on to mess up hotels. Happy with the ten point gap. Think we will do it.

Excellent way to travel. Well done on testing the water. I looked at flights down to Southampton or Bournemouth from EMA for tomorrow but nowt doing. So on the 620am train from Long Eaton, avoiding South Western Railway!!
