Can promise you if speedway were to share with football it would be a nightmare as we wouldn't be allowed on the pitch.

So track would have to move quite a long way out.

Yes i agree it would cause problems, it did work in the past, remember when they use to put the corners down, hopefully the track could be moved out enough soes not to have to do that

This all sounds sadly all too familiar with the Kent situation at Sittingbourne Stadium   :-(  

New landlords with other priorities demanding large rent increases from the speedway promotion. .

Yes, happening more and more now unfortunately. Although it is not just speedway, a bar in Poole the landlords put the rent up 68%!! Was on the local news.

Probably to drive tenants out and get planning for housing I expect? Certainly happening a lot everywhere now.
