Maybe the time he has had away from de-activating his account he and Carol have finally been able to sort out the refund process they started and were failing at terribly. Also noted his company SP2A have had a few winners over the last few days with Ian being quoted as back tipping/working " It's good to have Ian on board as a Tipster once again, especially at some of his favourite Courses like Cheltenham, and hopefully we will see a lot more of him in the coming weeks and months with tips and analysis" Lets hope the riders will now get paid and anyone else he still owes refunds etc too.
