Jason Crump got a further reduction for another year out(2020) even though he rode in Australian meetings just to fit him in for 2021!

Aye but that's a more important rider riding for two more important clubs... so I wouldn't hold me breath

Better put some extra air in Robs back tyre, or he'll be going round on the rim. ;)

Slightly different as Crump was on an assessed average after many years out, not on an injury reduction

And…..he dropped below his assessed average in both leagues

I don't get your point? He couldn't drop below 4.00, but any rider can drop below their assessed average.

Others were being critical of JC getting a “reduction”. My point was even his assessed averages were too high.

Tbh I don't know what average he should've been given, previously world class, but had missed many seasons!

He missed 11 years in British Speedway but was given an assessed average of 8.25 for 2020. He was then given a further 0.25 reduction to 8 to fit him in to ride in 2 British leagues. Based on that, he would have been assessed  about 9-9.25 for missing 7 years. But again, no body else got a reduction for missing 2020!

Thought crumps average was 6.93 so would not fit unless he has got it lowered again.

Don’t think his 2k plus guarantee (per meeting) would fit either!!!
