That response from Louis was in direct response to someone asking that very question. However, did look at racecard for one match, and found both teams used rider replacement (hardly in the spirit of the league), and also, no dates for fixtures not yet raced. The Southern section only completed 2 out of the scheduled 6 matches & no final has been raced. The aim was to break the mdsl teams who were classed as ghost teams and allow the league chairman's club (who has got the facilities) to run an amateur league using ghost teams. And before they kicked us all out of the development leagues, the 2 main things they said were unacceptable were not having full teams, and not completing our matches. Presumably the Junior League has been scrapped (or at least it would be if it had ever been properly implemented. But are we going to have number 8s? Not heard of any team signing one.
