 Shockingly, when buying tickets for the league match and the pairs, you will still get charged 2 booking fees on a single booking. 1 booking fee per event, Grrrr

Two groups of 5 Teams. (10 heats for each group)

S/F 1: Winner Group A v 2nd Group B

S/F 2: Winner Group B v 2nd Group A

Final: S/F winners.

23 Heats in all.

4-3-2-0 Scoring.

Is it the two highest averaged riders from each team? Or can you choose whichever two HLs you want? Teams like Edinburgh and Berwick pick themselves. But with Poole, Glasgow and Leicester there are two out of three that you would be happy with.

So if we're going by the August Greensheets the Line-ups should be (Top 2 each team injury permitting)

Berwick - Harris and Etheridge

Birmingham - Sedgmen and Nielsen (Auty and Vissing unavailable i presume)

Edinburgh - Masters and Pickering

Glasgow - Cook and Basso

Leicester - Morris and Howarth

Oxford - Nicholls and Batchelor

Plymouth - Barker and Andersen

Poole - Worrall and King

Redcar - Wright and Kerr

Scunthorpe - Douglas and Allen

£1 per ticket. I paid £22 in fees for one group booking.

Only 10 teams qualify, so based on information supplied, it looks like Scunthorpe are the team to miss out.

Sorry about that, I completely misread things based on the poor graphics, and the reference to Scunthorpe. That’s what you get for posting about one subject when your mind is also thinking about another subject, apologies to all.

Quite a tough one to call. I’d go with Edinburgh to win. Sam and Josh both going well atm.
Minor places Poole and Glasgow .
Oxford dark horses.

Looking forward to this. Should be a cracker. Tickets still available but probably not for long. We Pirates might have a very good chance of winning this vent. Then head along to Cardiff in the morning.
