Correct. Kemp has gone stale. Was very poor when i went to Arlington last season.

He missed a few meetings due to under 21 or stuff like that but meetings i attended and he was present he looked worse than in NL era

Top team in 2022 will be Oxford.

Massive home track advantage as no one else will have ridden there and Oxford will have had plenty of practice  ;-)

They have assembled a very experienced side who are well capable of giving a good account of themselves at all away tracks.

Given an injury free run ......look like a side that will spring some surprises in 2022.

Plenty of young riders have dominated in the third tier/ conference league/ whatever its called these days , but not gone on to big things when moving up a league.

Martin Williams and Barrie Evans are two that spring to mind. Evans as a 15/16 year old was touted as being a superstar and was poor at best in the PL.

Kemp may well turn out to be better of course but has had a few seasons in the second tier now and his average hasnt improved a great deal
