Probably down to the league becoming unbalanced and with the play-offs now being increased to 6 teams it's basically making almost every meeting pointless too. Yes but one thing that you both don`t understand is that the Poles don`t view matches as pointless- the fans just want to see their team their team and hopefully win, but will support them irrespective. Attendances here https://speedwayekstraliga.pl/terminarz-i-wyniki/pge-ekstraliga/ for Extraleague 2022- and pretty impressive if you ask me (some rounded up i would suggest).
