The rising star should only be used in case of injury, tape & 2 minute exclusions. Why should they have to have one ride minimum.

Or. Have one or two RS heats.

With there scores added to the total for each team ,

Brennan is the only one more than capable of beating anyone around the showground

But he hasn’t been riding for his championship club either.

He missed Leicester's visit to Edinburgh last Friday through illness which means he is now serving a mandatory seven day suspension expiring tomorrow. However this does not prevent him from riding in an overseas league.

Mirroring the SoN presumably.

Not seen a official line up yet which is worrying. It will be standard points money and none of the top riders will want to ride in it.
expect lots of van breakdowns and illness

Was on the BSPA website yesterday.

BELLE VUE: Max Fricke, Brady Kurtz; IPSWICH: Jason Doyle, Danny King; KING’S LYNN: Josh Pickering, Richard Lawson; PETERBOROUGH: Michael Palm Toft, Chris Harris; SHEFFIELD: Jack Holder, Adam Ellis; WOLVERHAMPTON: Sam Masters, Ryan Douglas.

plus the rising stars.

I've just realised there is a flaw in this idea, in that there are 6 clubs participating. Still, why spoil a good idea with mere details? Perhaps we could have a handicap race with the 6 RSs handicapped according to their teams current scores. Let's see Tom deal with that at the NSS, especially with the twins team riding!

No reason at all, just copying the stupid (in my view) SON rules from last few years!

So will this be over a number of meetings and then all of that rendered pointless by a flip of the coin in the final round so a pair dominating the competition by a  country mile still loses.

It is done over 6 rounds.The winner of a round gets 12pts,2nd 8pts,3rd 6pts,4th 4pts,5th,2pts,6th 0pts.If I remember correctly that's how the scoring goes.

Personally, I am disappointed about the rising star one ride minimum rule. Was hoping this would be contested by just the best two only.

Presume it also adds to the expense, as 18 riders needed.

What is the point in that? So it’s a pairs meeting but it’s actually teams of 3? And it’s not actually the ‘best pairs’ either. All makes sense.
