Stars are 8 points up after HT 10. So you might be right. MPT is injured and withdrawn. Hope it's nothing serious and he's back in the saddle asap.

Palm Toft has concussion so I’m told. That will be him out for 10 days ??

Speedy recovery MPT.

Not too bothered about the result as it was always going to be an easy KL victory after Basso was unavailable, That change alone is a double digit swing in the meeting.

Crowd thrice the size of normal and they faff around taking hours to run it.

It really is dragging on even allowing for the MPT incident. Don't understand why they don't get on with things after a track grade and water, by the time the next heat is run its dusty again and the water has evaporated. We've already moved spots as there were clouds of dust on the back straight.

Farcical heat 11, right decision to re run but why let it go all four laps initially? Dear me.

Usual Horley shambles.

Why the need to visit the pits?  The bloody tapes didn't go up on the inside and only one person in the stadium missed it.

Agree with that. Racing is absolutely woeful just when it needs to be decent when there's a crowd in.

I class myself as an avid speedway fan but am slowly giving up on watching the sport live. Constant, unreasonable delays at meetings with no information delivered explaining why. The racing didn’t start until 5.25pm despite a scheduled 5pm start time. Fed up of having to wait around for unjustifiable reasons. The constant stream of delayed start times due to the crowd still entering the stadium is ridiculous.

We're going to lose anyway so can we just get on with the rest of the meeting please referee.

And of course a fortunate 5-1 in the re run.

In terms of the racing and keeping the track moist why change the start time from half seven to 5pm?

Sack Barbara Horley for the sake of the sport, 30 Minute delay because she's not capable of putting the red light on when the tapes didn't go up fairly.

Beyond amateurish.
