Brennan will put three points on his average. Basso a couple too. Those two are a steal. How come Basso was on an assessed 5.00 when he rode for Poole last season?

Don't think he'd ridden enough qualifying away matches to get an average. Think it's 6.5ish from Sunday

He only rode 7 meetings for Poole think it was 3 home and 4 away.

Makes sense. No wonder Poole were so bitter about him coming north. Really classy rider.

I think it was how to was done and lack of communication rather than the average! lol. Laswon's average is about to be 9.16 so guess we are winning that battle atm :t:

Good shout sir

The only surprise about tonight’s massacre is we only scored 51.

Sunday should be closer , well until the second bend then we clear off into the distance.

Aye we left a few points out there tonight for sure. Masters and Thomson I'd fancy go better than tonight though on Sunday

No Monarch outscored their respective Tiger tonight. The score flattered the home side. Masters wasn’t strong enough tonight - 1 win from 6 rides. Ulle was on much better form today - only beaten by Castagna in heat 12. Connor much better than last time - as many points as his last 5 visits. Just need a Broc to find something.

Track was definitely better. Nice to see Sarjeant getting some results too.

I am sure Broc will be fine struggling so far but he will click soon.

It's a confusing one, last year to get a 1st average, 4H & 4A matches were needed. This year just 8 matches are needed (home & away split doesn't matter). Basso averaged 5.00 from his Poole matches, which was quite convenient, otherwise when would they have changed the rules for assessed averaged riders?

With Basso being on a 5.00, doesn't matter if it's an assessed ave or an 8 match ave.

Imagine this situation with Pawlicki at Coventry in 2010/2011, Rosco drops him to keep his assessed ave, but rules are changed & he's no longer on an assessed ave!
