I collect stamps...came across this one recently - has this stamp been stamped with a Exeter Speedway or have I joined the dots wrong? any clues

I remember seeing envelopes stamped with 'Exeter Speedway'.  Probably 1977 as that was the year my relative was living in Exeter.

My worst memory of watching at Queensway Meadows was Lawrence's crash's outcome. Weird coincidence.
